Reef 999

Reef 999 by Reef Luxury Development picks Al Furjan — a district that has become one of Dubai's best-balanced addresses in recent years for price, connectivity and everyday liveability.

The project packs a wide leisure offer under one roof: an indoor pool, jacuzzi and steam room, a cinema, tennis courts and a gymnasium mean residents rarely need to leave for entertainment, while landscaped gardens and a children's play area anchor the quieter side of the community. On-site restaurants cover daily needs, and CCTV security runs across the perimeter.

Handover for Reef 999 is set for Q3 2027, with prices starting from AED 1.16M — a competitive entry point for an Al Furjan apartment given the depth of in-house leisure amenities.
