Ravenna Residences

Aldar Properties PJSC threads Ravenna Residences straight into the natural landscape of The Wilds in Dubailand, favouring a low-density, nature-first neighbourhood over dense infill — a setting where each 4- or 5-bedroom villa stays the focal point rather than the towers around it.

The architecture leans into sustainable luxury: layouts open onto landscaped gardens, while The Wilds' shared infrastructure adds an indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, restaurants and CCTV security across the community. A separate play zone is set aside for younger residents.

Dubailand offers something harder to find in central Dubai — space and quiet without losing the city connection. Aldar has set handover for Q2 2029, with entry pricing from AED 9.5M, positioning Ravenna Residences within the premium tier of villas in Dubai's newer eco-focused communities.
