Avatea Villas

On Amali Island, part of Dubai's World Islands, Avatea Villas takes island living about as far from the mainland crowd as Dubai gets. Amali Properties capped the collection at just 24 residences, so every villa keeps a direct water view and a level of privacy that's hard to replicate on the main coastline.

Beyond the Gulf panorama, owners get an indoor pool, landscaped gardens, a guarded perimeter with round-the-clock security, and a children's play area — an unusual pairing of island seclusion with family-ready amenities. Basement parking keeps multiple cars out of sight without compromising the villas' facades.

These waterfront villas on Amali Island start from AED 112,050,000, with completion set for March 2027 — a project built for end-users and collectors of ultra-prime Dubai real estate rather than volume investors.
