Nobu Residences in Abu Dhabi is a joint project between Aldar Properties and the globally recognised Nobu brand, pairing development expertise with the aesthetic of a restaurant name known worldwide. Partnerships like this are rare and immediately set expectations for design and service across the entire residence.
An international team of architects and designers worked on the project, with a concept aimed at residents who value Japanese-inflected aesthetics combined with a contemporary coastal living format.
Prices start from AED 3.6 million, with handover scheduled for December 2027. Amenities include a yoga room, a cinema, a gymnasium, restaurants, beach access, a jacuzzi and steam room, a children's play area, a barbecue zone and a shared pool.
